Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure they gain maximum value from Peerlogic’s solutions. Acting as the primary client contact, the Enterprise CSM will guide clients from onboarding through ongoing success, offering personalized support and advocacy within Peerlogic. This role combines a passion for customer satisfaction with strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive retention, growth, and overall client success.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Develop and sustain long-term client relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Proactive Support: Monitor client health metrics to identify opportunities and risks, conducting regular check-ins and performance reviews.
- Advocacy and Feedback: Represent the customer’s voice within Peerlogic, relaying feedback to product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Training and Enablement: Provide hands-on training, including new feature rollouts and best practices, to maximize client usage of Peerlogic.
- Account Growth: Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning client needs with Peerlogic offerings.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues in coordination with internal teams.
- Reporting: Create and deliver QBRs to support client retention and growth within the Peerlogic platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role, ideally in SaaS or tech.
- 1-2 years of experience with VoIP (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), customer success tools, and data analysis platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
